Review of the domestic galvanized and color coated steel in July

          In July, the domestic prices of galvanized and color coated steel fluctuated with upward trend, with the price of galvanized coils increasing by 30-130 yuan/ton, and the prices of color coated sheet ncreasing by 30-160 yuan/ton in most markets.

          Due to the traditional off-season of steel consumption in July, the market transaction was relatively thin overall, and downstream users mainly purchased according to actual demands, while traders mainly focused on destocking.

          As of July 31, SteelHome’s China Price Index was 4384 yuan/ton, an increase of 81 yuan/ton month on month;

          The price index of HRC was 4132 yuan/ton, with a month on month increase of 175 yuan/ton;

          The price index of CRC was 4746 yuan/ton, with a month on month increase of 149 yuan/ton.

          On July 31, the average market price of 1.0mm galvanized sheet in 18 major markets in China was 5042 yuan/ton, up 82 yuan/ton month-on-month;

          The average market price of 0.476mm color coated sheet in 15 major markets was 6001 yuan/ton, up 60 yuan/ton month-on-month.
